November is National Diabetes Awareness Month, and all month long we’ve been bringing you great Cambio Cares content focused on the disease.

The dog tag is something Nick designed for anyone who wants to show their support for diabetes. If you have diabetes, your tag will come with a medical alert. But, you don’t have to have diabetes to show your support. There are dog tags available for those without diabetes.

Nick Jonas has a challenge for all of you. He wants to sell 50,000 dog tags by the end of 2010. Can you help him do it?
