Ariana Grande Sued 'Forever 21' for $10 Million

The singing superstar Ariana Grande has sued “Forever 21” Company for $10 million:

Blaming the style retailer and a wonder organization begun by its extremely rich person authors' little girls of "piggybacking" off her acclaim and impact to sell their products.

The case is Grande-Butera et al v “Forever 21” Inc et al, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, No. 19-07600.

In an objection recorded on Monday, Grande said "Always 21" and Riley Rose abused her name, picture, resemblance and music, including by utilizing a "strikingly comparative" looking model, in a site and internet-based life battle early this year.

She said that this followed the breakdown of talks for a joint marketing campaign because ““Forever 21”” would not pay enough for "a celebrity of Ms. Ariana Grande's stature," whose longer-term endorsements generate millions of dollars in fees.

According to the complaint of Ariana Grande, “Forever 21” company and Riley Rose have misappropriated at least 30 images and videos of her, including audio as well as lyrics from her recent No. 1 single song from her "7 Rings” album and by using the model who was totally look alike of Ariana Grande. "The resemblance is uncanny," the complaint said.

Ariana Grande's lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court seeks damages for copyright and trademark infringement, false endorsement, and violating her right of publicity.
